Are all the bubbles on the lips mean herpes?
My friend has a very sick lately, had a high fever, sore throat, could neither eat nor drink for a week because it is painful to swallow ... told me I had a sore throat .... but I had blisters on the palate and tongue and lips today .. I am very worried.
What does this mean?

All wounds are herpes.
Blisters, ulcers, etc. are not herpes. It appears that your friend is a reaction to his illness.
Sometimes its not always herpes. Can lead to warts or just the bulbs. If the man do his passport then worry. If you believe that your herpes is verified with him that's the only way to be sure.
Perhaps only wounds.
Unless they were visible herpes, then it is not likely.
